Jean Paul in wig

Jean-Paul Gaultier, who promoted male skirts during the eighties, has come back with the idea in a very well built show in which traditional tailoring is combined with lively, even funny citations. The lightheartedness of the proceedings was further enhaced by the ages of the models which included young boys (ranging from three up), and by blithe Afro wigs.

In spite of all that playfulness, one ends up with the idea of a rather classic, extremely well tailored collection.
